Deerpath of Tolono is a community of homes located in central Illinois. Eight miles South of Champaign Illinois, Deerpath has over one hundred homes spread across 60 acres of land including 4.5 acres of grass and lake common area. Established in 2003, Deerpath resides in the County of Champaign, within the Village of Tolono and is part of the District 7 school district (go Rockets!). The Village of Tolono has a population 2,700 but as evidenced by the number of children in our neighborhood, growing more every day.
